Documentation and shell import

• Added documentation from autogen using sphinx, linked externally (eta to live 2023-08-23 7p EDT)
• Fixed shell import
• Fixed icons in main README

Had some CSS issues caused by dependency files being in _static instead of static.

Now the thing seems to be working well :) Hosted: https://bensa.games/pyraylib-documentation/build/html/

This PR will close #4.

This task was made easy by the fact that these python bindings had good inline docs to begin with !
