can't use the script... getting error #5

We are trying to install the server on our Debian 11 system and we cant start the server...

Failed to connect to bus: Operation not permitted (consider using --machine=<user>@.host --user to connect to bus of other user)

thats the error we become... we dont know what to do...

What command did you use to start the server? And with what user?
