Seems good, we have to consider if
- We will use ctrl clicking conditionals for something in the future, like disabling conditionals
- How do we let users know about this? ~I didn't even know you could ctrl click in the event filter~
ooops misclick addressing 1: fair but i think there isnt exactly much to have to be done in the realm of conditional selection related shortcuts anyway addressing 2: the tab menu could hold it but theres a lot of other as yet unlisted shortcuts (like the event filters one) i think the usage would be similar to the event filters ctrl click function; a nice-to-have for people in the know

What problem motivated you to submit the suggestion?
When copying events with conditionals, if you want to change the conditionals, you have to remove the old conditionals (by either scrolling to the Deselect All button or removing them one by one) before selecting the new conditionals, which can lead to losing the place in the list for larger amounts of conditionals.
Suggestion / Solution
Similar to Event Filters, holding control and clicking on a conditional should deselect all other conditionals and select that conditional.
Alternatives & Workarounds
Making a "base" set of events without conditionals to copy and paste, which then has to be deleted or disabled later
