Game stops accepting scroll inputs and stops opening the explorer window

Summary

While the game is running, it seems to randomly stop accepting inputs from the scroll wheel, as well as not opening explorer windows when it's supposed to.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Play the game as you normally would
2. Go into the level editor and try scrolling or doing something that requires an explorer window to be opened

Expected Behavior

You're able to scroll and use the explorer

You're not able to scroll and use the explorer

seems the issue was just because of a windows update, as updating windows once again fixed it. apologies for any trouble
