People got blasted with fullscreen flashes in 2-X while the window movement is set to off.
Suggestion / Solution
The game should force windowed mode on 2-X even if the window movement option is off.
Consider adding text or icons to indicate the window movement is off so that the game can tell users it may behave differently than intended.
