What problem motivated you to submit the suggestion?
There's no proper way to test certain points on the game in runtime. (like just after act 2, etc., and see all cutscenes that happen)

This feature is for debugging and playtesting.
Interface should be usable on controllers. (pause PDA?)
At minimum, being able to make a save data set to be after any level in the day shift progression, with all the intermission cutscene flags set correctly. i.e. just a list of day shift levels to choose where you want your save file to start from.
