Summary
A general issue that seems to be ongoing for a lot of users is certian achievements, usually helping hands, not popping after level completion, but I've seen general reports of a lot of achievements simply not activating. Especially for S ranks, therefore I'm going to be general in saying this is a widespread issue rather than focus on simply one level.

Steps to Reproduce
Beat a level in a way that gives you an achievement ("Welcome To The Team" is a commonly reported one.)
See if achievement procs, resetting the game or playing other levels to test.
Expected Behavior
Achivement pops, and is given to the player.
Observed Behavior
Sometimes even after restarts and playing other levels it simply doesn't proc.
