asteroid mining needs explanation/help page #111

as has been pointed out before and as suggested in admin's review, we need a help/explanation page for asteroid mining. We may want to create this page on the wiki and then link to it using a '?' icon in a corner of the game.

I would suggest implementing an in-game tutorial mode for this. I would be sure to make it able to be skipped as this was one of my largest annoyances with the iOS versions of Oregon Trail.

@metiscus : I think what you're describing sounds ideal. A first-time tutorial that pops up on first asteroid encounter and can be skipped if desired.

We'll need to use a cookie or localstorage to identify a first-time-encounter, and the tutorial might look best as a bootstrap popover or modal.
