color pallette #125

Colors have just been stand-in for now, but I think it will improve the polish of the game to lay out some kind of color palette.

Drawing from the Oregon Trail as a starting point really only establishes that we have black background, white text, and that extremely green green.

eg

Taking this green as the brand primary and setting up a chromatic tetrad yields some awfully vivid colors, but my art-foo isn't strong enough to take me onward to better ideas.
