accelerate and slow down the ship more realistically #46

In space you keep moving whether you want to or not. The ship should get up to speed and then (flip around to) decelerate.

It might not be too hard to implement this...

follow up issue:

Perhaps this should be "click to accelerate". But then do we have players worry about decelerating on approach to a station? We can automate that using previously implemented methods or you can play on "hard mode" where you slow down or you lose.

I think people will appreciate the additional challenge of manual slowing down (b/c then speedruns become fun).

I actually like the idea of only showing the exhaust when a maneuver is performed. (start, maneuver nodes, station arrival/departure, finish) This would be different for other thrusters too (e.g. Electrical would be going just about the whole time but the fuel depletion would be much much less than chemical)
