Vertical rhythm not to style guide #6

Home page looking much better. Now just need to load content on modals (#5), and style it.

Modals are nearly done. Just need to fine tune the whitespace in the summary section at the top and in the footer.

Also, account for images in modals which have margin-bottom, and will upset the vertical rhythm when placed above a boot.row section of content.
