Print modal headlines has a long headline

Dash should line up in the middle of the whitespace of the content column.

Line-height 1 should do it, but apply only to the outline-headling class

Using line-height of 1 and margin-bottom of 0.4em to equate to a line-height of 1.4 while preserving the vertical position as shown in the design files. It's also a cleaner solution for calculating the height of the element.
