Implement group forums #100

Although a low priority, progress has been made - currently all functionality works and could be pushed. Refactoring my own work on the forums to make it more appealing, a PR will be made soon with the hope that people will review. Main aim should be to refactor and improve the current code base before any significant (missing) features are added.

As a side note to keep everyone updated I have paused focusing on this. It's a big feature and there is other things to focus on. I'll pick it up again very soon or if anyone wants to contribute and sort issues on PR feel free!

Focus should be on improving the current base before new features.
