using dapper for achievementManager #32

While testing my changes I realized that "Gifting Gifts" or "Receiving Gifts"-Achievements won't progress if the person gifting did not enter any gift message. I dont know if this is how OG Habbo handles this, but IMO it doesnt make sense.
