Just some small changes that improves the legibility of the program on custom visual styles

Here is a before and after:

Stock visual styles won't have any issues with this change.

Also I updated to .NET Framework 4.8 since i couldn't use .NET Framework 4.6 even with the Developer Pack installed, so I hope that doesn't bother you all much.

There is a lot of noise in your pull request, so I will close this one and push the relevant BackColor fixes only.
