Settings rewrite #88

Rewrote the settings; moved all settings to a static class, updated some settings code to be better and added the ability to export settings and VMs via the settings page.

Make the Export button and checkbox use the System flatstyle like the rest of the controls do. And align them to the left, next to the Defaults button.

Closing this since this version is obsolete and will be replace with 2.0, which has a new settings system.
