Saving files in terra format #7

I think we have everything harmonized now. All the new example files will be separated, we just need to automatically open them with the sf or terra package...

I am closing it now. I have added a few adjustments to open the example files with "terra" so we are good on this. Only getting the Ecoregions via URL still needs to be set up (another opened issue, so no need for this one anymore)
