Don't suggest suspended apps #1119

Related to #893, this is an improvement in the same vein:

Notifications aside, would it be possible to hide an app from favorites when the allocated time runs out for an app which is being limited by digital wellbeing? E.g. boost is a favorite and shows on my home screen so long as it's not being paused/blacklisted by digital well being

This is a cool idea. Maybe only Niagara's suggestions should be hidden from the main screen though, because favorites shouldn't change without the user's consent in my opinion.

I like the idea of hiding greyed out apps from favorites when in focus mode.

I would argue the user has given consent by blocking it in the focus mode, what do you think?

Some time ago I wanted something like that. Not anymore. I'm sharing for others having similar needs.

I know that it's not what was asked, but this workaround was probably better for me than this feature might ever be.

I simply removed the problematic apps from the home screen. This pretty much aligns with the Niagara Launcher concepts.

The alphabetic lookup is really fast, especially when you can rename the apps and add & rename their shortcuts. Unless you have some fingers disabilities...

When you add Sesame Search integration, it's even better.
You can find & launch what you want almost instantly without having a visual trigger only a moment after unlocking your phone. This way you're more in control of what you do with your phone - you need a purpose to open such app, and it'll rather be a deliberate action.

Perhaps adding it to the Niagara FAQ would be beneficial?

Suspended apps suggestion - I think we'd need a dedicated issue with more precise description
