Add support for PWA / H5 / WeChat mini app shortcuts

开发者们好，我是一位中国用户，这个软件真的是太棒了，极简、快速、无干扰，我已经把他作为我的主要启动器使用了。 但是现在还有一些问题，我把问题整理了一下有如下几点也许可以改进的地方。

Hello developers, I am a user from China, and this software is really great. It's simple, fast, and without any distractions. I have already made it my main launcher. But there are still some issues. I have organized the problems and here are a few points that might be improved.

Describe the solution you'd like

• 它现在没有备份，如果数据丢失了可能会发生一场灾难：我可能需要花费一整天的时间来重新设置它知道符合我的使用习惯。

• 它无法显示我使用的微信小程序、H5、PWA程序，我目前有十多个微信小程序，因为这些程序的APP版本都十分臃肿、使用频次不高，我很期待能未来可以支持微信小程序、H5、PWA程序。

• It currently doesn't have a backup, and if the data is lost, it could be a disaster. I might need to spend a whole day to set it up again to fit my usage habits.

• It can't display the WeChat mini programs, H5, and PWA apps that I use. I currently have more than ten WeChat mini programs, and the app versions of these programs are very bloated and not used frequently. I'm really looking forward to the future support of WeChat mini programs, H5, and PWA apps.

我还尝试过开启Niagara后重新执行添加快捷方式到桌面的操作，但是Niagara并没有检测到这一行为。 I also tried to re-add the shortcut to the desktop after enabling Niagara, but Niagara didn't detect this behavior.

Thank you a lot for this detailed feature request.

We already have plans for a backup feature #222.

We are thinking about adding support for the types of apps you have listed and will take your suggestions into account :) However, we are currently working on many things, so we might not implement the behavior soon.
