A bug that makes the widget disappear #2615

Describe the bug

The widget is gone when I do this

Steps to reproduce

  1. On home page
  2. Swipe up fast from # to star
  3. The widget is gone. Reduced to atoms
  4. Do it again
  5. Peekaboo

Does the issue also occur with other 3rd-party launchers?

Problem doesn't occur with other launchers

We are aware of it and have made improvements since users reported disappearing widgets. For further discussion, please refer to issue #2459.
