Notifications for Work apps become un-dismissable once Work apps are paused #2618

Describe the bug

Similar to #2281, notifications become un-dismissable if there is a notification and subsequently Work apps are paused

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable Work apps Screenshot_20240305-213641
  2. Receive notification from Work app Screenshot_20240305-214058
  3. Pause Work apps Screenshot_20240305-213745
  4. Attempt to dismiss notification (and fail) Screenshot_20240305-212337 Screenshot_20240305-212350

I restart the launcher whenever this occurs, which will remedy the issue unless the steps occur again

Thanks for your report. We couldn't replicate the exact issue you're experiencing, but we did spot some other quirks with work profiles. We're looking into it and will follow up when we have more information.
