Faulty usage categorization for pop-up folders #2635

Describe the bug

Pop-up folders seem to be marked as "rarely used" in the edit favorites screen, even though they are used frequently. This most likely also affects sorting favorites by usage.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add a pop-up folder to favorites
  2. Use it frequently
  3. Edit favorites
  4. Notice how it says "rarely used"
  5. Try sorting favorites by usage and notice the folder being at the bottom

Does the issue also occur with other 3rd-party launchers?
