Media widget controls for PocketCast onlly captured by Notification summary #2692

Describe the bug

Pixel 7, Android 14, Niagara 1.11.5, Pocket Casts 7.62.2

The Niagara media widget controls for Pocket Casts (and only Pocket Casts) are inconsistently hidden in the notification summary. When the media widget doesn't show pocket casts, I don't have pocket casts media controls on the lock screen or notification shade.

Sometimes closing the notification summary causes the music widget to reappear, but not always.

My Pocket Casts widget (from the pocket casts app) is always visible when I check the pop up where I have it.

I have double checked and the playback notification is set to default, not silent. Anything else I should check? Any Android things I should tell the Pocket Casts team?

Steps to reproduce

  1. Enable Notification Summary and Niagra Media wedig
  2. Play Pocket Casts
