Describe the bug

Description: Inconsistent swipe-up gesture recognition. Sometimes requires multiple attempts or results in disappearing UI elements (apps, widgets).

Steps to reproduce

Steps to Reproduce:
- Use swipe-up gesture from app to return to home screen.
- Observe intermittent failure to register or display issues.
Additional Notes: Functionality otherwise excellent. Appreciated for its simplicity and minimalist design. Issue resolution is highly desired.
