Nauseating Scrolling/Flickering #6

There seems to be an issue where the entire screen will flicker in a weird scrolling-down way upon running ProTracker 2.3f. I have also experienced the same issue on the Syphus fork. It's nauseating to see and makes the program unusable. Interestingly it does seem to be fine on an emulator running the same kickstart ROM.

For reference, I am running it on an NTSC Amiga 500. I did test it on FS-UAE and this flickering didn't happen there, so I suspect it may be an issue related to my hardware, but it's unclear what or how.

Update: I went around trying some older versions of ProTracker just to see if there's any tangible difference in terms of this issue, and going down the alphabet from 2.3f, the only version that seems to not have had issues of those that are 2.3 was 2.3a. If I recall correctly, version 2.3b which did have the same issue introduced a fix for AGA Amigas, so perhaps that may be related to this graphical glitch?

Could be related to a modified copper list in the AGA-fixed version, yeah. My goal is not to try and make PT NTSC compliant, because it has fundamental issues that prevents a good NTSC experience anyway. One example would be the use of a 320x256 resolution, which (as far as I know) would have to result in 320x240 on NTSC (content being cut off).
