toolchain build fails due to texinfo strictness #16

There is the same issue like it is reported for OpenWrt here:

If solved it with replace the wrong @itemx with @item. That worked for me.

On OpenWRT, they also have a patch to fix this yet. It just disables doc generation (see there for details).

Would be nice, if the 8dev maintainers could include it to 8dev sources.
