Wrong URL for luci #20

Hi,

in feeds.conf.default src-svn luci http://svn.luci.subsignal.org/luci/trunk/contrib/package does not work (host not found) and should be replaced with src-git luci https://github.com/openwrt/luci.git

others are also effected. use new list from https://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/devel/feeds
