Merge with OpenWRT upstream #6

Merge with OpenWRT upstream. As usual I am trying to follow "merge every two months" rule. Merging point 2012/10/10, next merge will happen on 2012/12/12.

A little bit late (by two days) -- but merging is done. carambola/v2.3-rc1 tagged.
