Feature Request: Reference the BOT directly by Matrix User ID #34

Hello.

Is it possible to also reference the BOT directly by its matrix user id and not only by using a command_prefix? Thank you and more power to the project!

To give an example, please see the below image.

Is it possible to reference or mention the BOT's matrix User ID aside from using the usual command_prefix? E.g. on this example, invoking the help command.
