We will use Bioportal for ontologies.

Create a specific list of ontologies that can be retrieved and further queried via Bioportal for this project.

Choose a number of ontologies from different subdomains of biomedical science to be able to search across different dimensions.

Not to be used:

Mental Health Management Ontology (MHMO)

A list of ontologies that could be used is prepared from various fields including mental health. But this list could be narrowed down or extended based on later developments. This list can be found here.
