Added cities for California, United States. Added Canadian cities by province/territory.

It just occurred to me that I should have named them as US-CA-en, and CA-en. Is the plugin currently set up for multilang? If not, I might be able to look into that.

Good point. The plugin doesn't currently support multiple languages
