Titan's Knees and Eyes hitbox working for normal titans (not just shifters) #9

Titan's Knees and Eyes hitbox currently only works for Shifters and doesn't do anything to normal/NPC titans

AOT 1.20.2

It would be a very nice mechanic to have if attacking an NPC titan's eyes or knees, could slow the NPC titans, or give it some debuff in some way. Examples: Blinding a titan may prevent it from grabbing Hitting the titan's legs should slow it down a bit

Right now these only affect shifters, and it would be nice to have them affect regular titans too considering you can hit NPC titan's eyes and knees.

Ill look into it, runnables etc still new to me but ill git it a shot!
