Base support for back button. Allows to undo one question. Button was placed just above question number, for me it seems as a good place for menu bar, it would be nice to add here start-again/instructions/about buttons.

Is the back button functional? It seems prev_answer is simply always defined as -20, and its visibility is always set to hidden.
