Feature/6 remove activeresource

• Added a generic Resource module without AR
• Added middleware for parsing XML & handling errors.

• [x] Add Faraday
• [x] Update existing classes to work with Faraday
  • [x] Remove any usage of ActiveResource namespace.
  • [x] Remove any usage of active_support (e.g. String#underscore, String#constantize)
  • [x] Replace any usage of save with update
• [x] Update tests & fix bugs until tests are green
  • [x] Add tests for Faraday middleware
  • [x] Add tests for Resource module & friends
• [x] Add YARD docs
• [ ]Update docs wiki update should be done after release.
