Upgrade afk #104

Major: Alters JNA usage to have compatibility to find the Game Window on Windows 11, via mini-client or steam. The existing method was blocked by new UI decisions in Windows 11. Tested on windows client, not tested on steam client (yet).

Requires windows to be specifically named "Bit Heroes" which could be problematic. I might want to make some more changes before this is ready to merge, but i wanted to put the work out in its own PR

Minor: Adds Missing Flag for Quest

Tested for myself on Windows 11 and Windows 7, works on both for mini-client. Good enough 4 me future reader
