expand voice over left and right channel #51

the sound from the voice channel would be found also on the front left/
right channels, this while the sound remains 5.1(so front left/right would 
play what are supposed to play + voice channel). Can it be done with ac3?

this implementation is usualy handled by the media player itself.
such as in media player classic home cinema does http://mpc-hc.sourceforge.net/
