Add MEDIASUBTYPE_DOLBY_AC3 as output type #83

Please could you add the following output type:

Major:   MEDIATYPE_Audio
Subtype: MEDIASUBTYPE_DOLBY_AC3

This would allow the filter to be used with other decoder filters that only 
support this type. E.g. certain Cyberlink filters that support Dolby Headphone, 
and other 5.1-to-headphone processing technologies.
