Spotify Compatibility #97

I've always wanted to have my favorite music service, Spotify, work with the 
greatest audio enhancing program out there. Spotify uses the Ogg Vorbis format 
for streaming and at the bitrates of ~160 kbps for normal and ~320 kbps for 
high quality. Oddly enough, it worked on v1.01b but now that I updated to 
2.6.0b it doesn't seem to work with Spotify anymore. I hope that I'll be able 
to use AC3Filter with Spotify soon!
