Field research conducted between 2017 and 2019 acquired hundreds of samples of diffuse CH4 and CO2 gas emissions. This repository contains the code used for analysis of the data. The public repository for the data will be shared when available.
Create clear figures, if they do not already exist, that show the diffuse gases compared against point sources. The data source for the point sources will be Bergfeld et al. (2014). The likely source for Valles would be Goff and Janick (2002).
The strategy should be similar to the following:
[ ] Identify sites measured in this study with sites that have point sources in the Bergfeld et al. database
[ ] Compare descriptive statistics
[ ] If multiple ($n > 5$) samples exists for Bergfeld et al., attempt two sample hypothesis tests
