The streamlit web app will need a landing page so that the user can understand how to use the app.

The initial development of this landing page will not be full comprehensive but will serve as the initial outline for the web app.

Thus, to consider this complete, the developer should provide:

[x] draft a title of the app
[x] share a description of the project and how the web app is related
[ ] outline the content page-by-page of the app
[ ] list avenues to obtain help or to lodge an issue
