Add file manager in default installation #95

I would like to suggest to add Volcov Commander file manager to the aDosBox 
installation, the same way as it's done here: 
http://anddev.at.ua/load/emulators/dosbox_0_74/2-1-0-12
You may download VC from http://vvv.kiev.ua/ - the version 4.99 is considered 
"alpha", so it's freeware, not shareware as other versions.

Throwing the user to the unadored command line is kinda bad experience IMHO.
