Unable to initiate call via outlook OutCAll #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to dial any number from outlook OutCall
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Response: Error
ActionID: outcall_dial_action
Message: Permission denied

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
WinXP SP3

Please provide any additional information below.

manager.conf:
[outcall]
secret = PASSWORD
read = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,originate
write = system,call,log,verbose,command,agent,user,originate
[click2call]
secret= PASSWORD
deny=0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0
permit=0.0.0.0/0.0.0.0              
read = call,originate
write = call,originate

Extension setting:

Extension: 155
Protocol: SIP
Password: <extension secret as defined in phone and Asterisk>
Re-type password: <extension secret as defined in phone and Asterisk>

PS: using Asterisk 1.6 with FreePBX interface

In Asterisk 1.6 you must set 'originate' in manager.conf, otherwise due to the 
security restrictions you get "Permission Denied" error message.

I have the same problem but I'm using a Elastix 2.0.  I don't know where I have 
to write the "Extension setting:" Help Please.

You must correct file /etc/asterisk/manager_custom.conf
