some contacts are not listed in outcall (instead previous accessed)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.
right click contact without first/lastname  (in my case often company listings)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
previous accessed record

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.55

Please provide any additional information below.
Should be easy to fix. i think there is a check being done on these fields. I 
dont think these checks are necessary, just give the phone number list in any 
case.

PS. happy to pay for quick change
