Compiling&Building Outlook Addin #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Building Outlook Addin
How can i compile it?
-I opened the project with VS 2003
-First i met exchext.h problem, i copied it from 
project folder;outcall\exchange\include to 
Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\Vc7\PlatformSDK\Include
is it ok ? 
- now i met so many build errors in OutlookButton.cpp file. eg. 
OutlookButton.cpp(257): error C2065: 'olt' : undeclared identifier
How can i compile it?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
dll

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.55
Windows xp
