Problem with outcall 1.60 oulook contacts #83

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Hi, my problem is I have outcall with outlook and occasionally I received a 
message from outcall:

"Failed to load Exchange contacts. Get Row Count failed. Error:80040115"

Anyone knows wich is the problem?

Outcall 1.60  Windows 7
