Allways reports Your fax to XXXXXXX could not be sent #3

Even fax sent OK - always got only one message back to sender e-mail with 
"could not be delivered" warning.

edit the following:

$SUCCESS_STATUS = "SUCCESS";

works like this with asterisk 11 (asterisknow)
