Optimize images via ImgBot & create .imgbotconfig #37

@92lleo This fixes the concerns from https://github.com/92lleo/WhatsappWebToGo/pull/35#issuecomment-714582189, & replaces both #35 & #36. (I also fixed a typo along the way.)
