QR code not showing #71

Hi,

I just install the app on my lenovo tablet (andriod 5.1.1), but the QR code is not showing. So I can't connect whatsapp.

Hi,

what app version did you install?
what exactly does the app show?
did it work with older versions?

I installed the last whatsapp web app available on fdriod v1.7.2 It only shows a chat icon istead of QR code Didn't try older versions

Can you pls attach a screenshot and then try an older version of the app?

It was working good till the latest version, after the latest version i dont see anything other than this on the screen. Hope the Op also stating the same issue. i cleared the storage, uninstalled and installed old versions ( i tried all the version back till 1.6.3 and all behaving the same for me ). Using Android 7.1.1 , Moto E4 :) . Nothing shows up when i open the app in my mobile other than this screen.
