CodeDeploy - Work on automation #2

At the end of the pipeline, CodeDeploy will be automatically called and run.

We need to be able to find out how to call CodeDeploy which will take in a client/test project to deploy and deploy it to EC2.

Clients may have to provide AWS tokens/auth for this to work. These tokens can be entered on the User's profile
