Need to have a have a lambda function that checks the pipeline order.

The IDs are as follows Snyk - ID 0 CodeDeploy - ID 1 DependencyTest - ID 2 CFN-NAG- ID 3 ISM/CFRIPPER/Terraform - ID 4

Pipeline Verification was deemed to not be an important feature, thus was ommited.

The ID's were implemented into our backend
